Mediation is all about simple ordinary davily living - how we breathe, sit, walk, speak, relate to ourselves and each other.  Through various exercies we will be present to breath, sound, sensation, emotion, and thoughts.  We will direct our attention to stress, anxiety, depression, old pain, and understand how we construct meaning.

Join us virtually on January 16th at 11:00 am to learn the basics of mediation.

Pre-registration is required.  A link will be sent to you on the day of the program.
